Welcome to Waste Warriors Dumpster Rental! We’re proud to offer Des Moines residents reliable and convenient dumpster rental services. To ensure a smooth and transparent experience for everyone, please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before placing your order. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Services and Availability
- Waste Warriors provides a variety of dumpster sizes and types for residential and commercial waste disposal needs.
- Availability of specific dumpsters may vary depending on location and demand. Please contact us to confirm availability before placing your order.
- Minimum rental periods apply, and extended rentals may be available based on our schedule.
Ordering and Payment
- Orders can be placed online, by phone, or in person. Contact information is available on our website.
- All orders require a valid credit card or debit card for immediate payment. Cash payments may be accepted at our discretion.
- We reserve the right to cancel or modify orders due to unforeseen circumstances or violation of these terms.
Delivery and Placement
- Delivery and pickup fees are included in the quoted price unless otherwise specified.
- Customer must provide clear and safe access to the delivery and pickup point for the dumpster truck.
- Customer is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits for placing the dumpster on public property.
- We cannot deliver dumpsters to uneven or soft surfaces that may compromise the vehicle or surrounding property.
Permitted and Prohibited Materials
- Only household waste, construction debris, and yard waste are permitted in the dumpsters.
- Strictly prohibited materials include hazardous waste, flammable materials, electronics, asbestos, medical waste, paint, and any items deemed illegal or unsafe by local regulations.
- A full list of prohibited items is available on our website and on the dumpster itself.
- Customers are responsible for any fines or penalties incurred due to improper disposal of prohibited materials.
Weight Limits and Damage
- Each dumpster has a weight limit, which will be clearly communicated during the ordering process. Exceeding the weight limit may result in additional charges or refusal of pickup.
- Customer is responsible for any damage to the dumpster beyond normal wear and tear. This includes damage caused by overloading, improper use, or vandalism.
- We reserve the right to charge for repairs or replacement costs associated with such damage.
Rental Period and Extensions
- The minimum rental period is five days for residential rentals and seven days for commercial rentals.
- Extensions may be requested and granted at our discretion based on availability. Additional fees may apply.
- Late returns will incur a daily late fee as outlined in our fee schedule.
Cancellation and Refunds
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund, minus any transaction fees.
- Cancellations after 24 hours will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled delivery.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
Force Majeure
Waste Warriors will not be held liable for delays or service interruptions caused by events beyond our control, such as weather conditions, natural disasters, labor strikes, or acts of God.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Waste Warriors provides dumpsters “as is” and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding their fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability. We are not responsible for any damages resulting from the use of our dumpsters.
Indemnification
Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Waste Warriors and its employees, agents, and directors from any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to the use of our dumpsters or violation of these terms.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Iowa. Any disputes arising under or relating to these terms shall be settled by binding arbitration in Des Moines, Iowa, according to the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Waste Warriors and the customer with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
